The EKA knife handle is a soft grip, two tone grip made from Polymere Santoprene.  A hygienically approved material worldwide, for its sure grip properties under stressed  and/or heavy use conditions.

The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 steel which provides excellent stain resistance and prolonged edge retention. Hardness 58 HRC.
